What effect will this have on Irish start-ups? Do you think it will have a knock on impact on Business Angel funding here?

I know that VC funding is only appropriate for a tiny percentage of companies. However, given that the US is the global leader in venture finance, this figure is very worrying. I think it will have deeper reverberations beyond the VC sector and may well affect every stage of start-up funding both in the US and here in Ireland.
