Haven't been feeling like myself lately

I'm an emotional person, I'll admit straight off, I mean I can get upset pretty easily. But lately, it's gotten out of hand. One minute I'm feeling grand, then LITERALLY the next minute, I'm upset and I can't tell why. I mean, my friend suggested it could be stress because I'm in college and this year has been pretty tough and exams are in three weeks, so I've been studying for a majority of the day. But I've been stressed before and I don't remember being like this. I mean, I'm actually on top of things this year, in terms of college, which is a huge improvement for me. Another suggestion made to me was the pill. I've just finished my third month on it, but I can't be sure.

I feel horrible, I'm snapping at my friends, my family and picking fights with my boyfriend. It's not fair to them. I don't like the way I am. Has anyone ever felt like this?

Yes, Im very much the same

I found putting on more weight as i was underweight helped (supposing it works the other way too) and eating more iron. Also sleeping more.

Simple things. Find what triggers it. Make a note of what you are doing when your stress fits go of and avoid those situations if at all possible. Hope that helps, even a bit.!

Op do you think you might be depressed at all? Maybe go for a trip to your gp and have a chat with him and see what they think.

You could just be under a lot of pressure too. Maybe when you feel like that just take a bit of time out and go for a walk or something.
