Have you read up on it first, plenty of treads on it on many sites.
Do you realise the disadvantages to this scheem? Dont just write them off as ¨O well, might not be so bad¨. If they wont allow a clause to renegioate the price keeping the deposit saved when the scheem is up, then just walk (run) away.
