Just thinking.... Most of the BAC members will be Dublin based and that could leave us non-Jackeens a bit out of the loop when it comes to meet and trains and teh like.

Is there room for Regional co-ordinators? Nothing official or anything but kind of local leaders who make sure that we include as many people as possible.

    What do you think?

Can't everyone else just move to Dublin?

Being from the Rebel County, please note that my tongue was embedded in my cheek when saying that.

A pb course sounds good, in order for me to pb it would have to be 5 miles down hill :).....
Whats the date for this race might try and make it too?

I know that there was a thread somewhere......but I can't find it....but how does one join boards AC? And are there any conditions/pre-conditions?

At the moment I am only getting into running (am very beginner) and my head is based in Dublin although the next six months are really going to be spent all over the place so a virtual club would be ideal for me and then when I am actually in ireland if it co-incided with a meet and run session or something then sweet - plus I just signed up for the Adamstown 8k in May and had to leave the club box empty on the form......

    thanks :)
