what type of song is it. We had a swing band and did a few swing lessons in a place on foley st, city centre. Can't remember the name, its a new building.
Otherwise if it's a slow song I shouldn't imagine you would need lessons.

well if anyone knows of a place in Nth Co Dub I would ALSO love to know.

I don't want to do swing, as such, but def not a slow dance - i.e a three minute shuffle of embarrassment!
tried teaching my partner to waltz, but its not happening! I end up leading him - proper lessons would be really good!

Check out http://www.dancesportireland.org/ it has a section where dance teachers are listed. Definately worth having a few lessons. You'll feel better about it!
