    going unreg for this

heres the problem, i used to work with a guy and he was always very friendly towards everyone, like he'd just stop by my desk, talk crap for a while and leave, anyway, i broke up with my boyfriend and he was really nice to me (he has a girlfriend) and called me and text me to see if i was ok, anyway, i got back with my boyfriend and my friend *lets call him tom* was delighted for me, so tom has recently been texting me during working hours (were not working together anymore) and asking to meet up, on our own, now whenever i reply after work he doesnt reply but only replies during office hours, its as though hes hiding this from his girlfriend, now he was gettign a bit persistant with meeting up on our own and i just ignored his texts so hoped he might get the message so the texts stopped, that was a month ago, now today he just text me saying "hi"

am i reading too much into this? ive told my oh about this and he says its a bit strange..advice?

Hi there OP: I would go with your instincts on this one...like others said keep saying you're busy and take AGES to answer him back..he will stop although it may take a while.

I had a married man doing something similar, he was a good friend of my ex and I was going through so much hurt at the time of split it didn't register with me what he was doing. It took him quite a few months to get the hint.

You did the right thing being open about it with the BF too.

I have had a huge fight with BF this week and it's being made worse by another male workmate who has txted him giving out (now BF is suspicious of this guy because BF lives far away from me).
Hope things work out better for you than me this week :(
