Driving Lessons in Dublin city centre

Could anyone recommend a good driving instructor in the city centre area (D1 side of the river)?

You'll have your work cut out finding a choice of driving instructors in the north inner city. Most tend to be located in sub-urban areas and near test centres such as Finglas and Raheny. Even if you do choose an instructor in Dublin 1, he/she'll probably drive out to one of the test areas.

(In saying all that, there is one very well known major school in Dublin 1 - PM sent).

Yeah Wishbone is right.Plus learning to drive in the city can be a nightmare from experience teaching people.You're nearly better off getting the Dart out to the suburbs like Raheny or Clontarf and starting your lessons from there.I'll PM you with my recommendation.

Hey my instructor does alot of his work in Finglas which isnt too far from Dublin1 I'm sure he'd fit you in , He's actually a really great guy , I was real nervous & he really put me @ ease , Why don't you check out his bebo page <SNIP>,Best of luck ! I have an excellent driving Instructor whom I can recommend if you are interested, will be glad to help, I have had some driving lessons with her, and will continue to do so, I have already recommended this instructor to alot of my friends, whom feel the same as me.

Been searching for driving instructor for my wife and she prefrs a female driving instructor. Can you please also send me the details of your instructor. Or can anyone recommend any around D7. thanks.
