error box that's making my life a misery :( please help?

Hi guys
Hopefully someone here has the skills to undo this bloody error box that pops up every time Windows starts up (just after I log in and my desktop shows up)
I have to click 'ok' to make it go away and it's really irritating.
It is a box with a red cross that says:
Error loading C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/UHVJSUL/.DLL
The specified module cannot be found.

too right it can't be found: I can't find that file anywhere and I don't care if it can't be found!! What is it and how do I get rid of it?

spybot should be able to remove it although it sounds like its already removed but left a startup entry pointing to the removed infection. Run MSCONFIG tick selective startup then click startup tab you can disable or remove it disable it first if your not sure then on next startup if all runs as normal run msconfig again and remove it
