Got asked to submit photos to the TFF after the game. Some more exposure for me and a handy assignment.

It's simply too painful to think of that game. :(
Dunphy wrote something in one of the tabloids last Saturday about how Givens should have been sacked a long time ago.

Givens isn't the right manager for the job. They simply didn't have the skill or class to compete although they did miss a couple of sitters.

To be fair, they were't 3 goals worse than the Turks. The first goal was totally against the run of play and of the two decent attacks they had in the first half they scored from.
    Nice to meet you Ken.
Here are a few of mine. I was using ISO3200 so they are very noisy :(

I like the one of Garvan challenged Yilmaz. Nolan made some howler for the first goal and their third was one which I don't know how it went in although the keeper should've had the near post covered.

Lovely sharp/colourful photos, obviously it helped being on a smaller ground as the quality is far better than the Croker pics.
    Ken's favs for me are #1#3 #4
    Ballyman's # and #3

Was in work last night and would've loved to have a go at this. :(

    Was the light ok?
    Crowd seemed reasonable.

I thought the light was terrible, 1/500 at ISO3200 and I still had to brighten them up afterwards. And the end opposite the dressingrooms was even worse, everything I have from that end is very very dark at above settings.
Dunno if this is normal though as this was my first time shooting under floodlights.

Here are three different shots away from action!!

I found the light to be decent enough to work with, not as good as the RSC anymore with our new lights :D Crowd was 2512 or thereabouts.

Photos are on the Turkish website:

Ballyman, 1/500 was too high for LoI floodlights, even at f/2.8
See, I told you that you were spoiled at Croker! :p
