I don't think you can buy 3V vouchers online.

No, 3v vouchers can only be bought through a payzone agent, and not online, as your 3v card has to be swiped through the terminal to allow the top up value to be added to your account.

And even in a shop, you have to pay cash for some reason. But most shops that sell them seem to have an ATM inside or near it anyway.
