    Hi all

Bought a Wii instead of an Xbox and am disappointed with the games selection. I want zombies and grand theft auto type stuff, and wizard mystery games and it seems to be all Disney crap.

Does anyone have any good game suggestions for Wii? Wish I bought an Xbox now..

Just finished Resident Evil 4, and I have Metroid Prime 3 on the way.

Ooo is resident evil on Wii? Thought it was just on ps and xbox. I used to play it on my old ps2 and got so freaked out i had to stop playing and hide the game in the tv cupboard.

You know.. when you play a game so much you start thinking it's real. I've had it with GTA when I pass a police car in the street (in real life) and I want to just burn away!

Resi 4 on the Wii is pretty good. Sounds like you're into the more serious/violent games in which case Mad World should be just what the doctor ordered. Kinda like The Running Man crossed with Sin City.

Dead Rising should satisfy your zombie cravings but be warned, the 360 version is leagues ahead of it so don't even look at it or you won't be able to go near the Wii version.

Medal of Honour Heroes 2 wasn't the worst either, and you have to get Super Mario Galaxy cause...well...it's deadly! :D

Yep Mario Galaxy is one of the best games I've played in years, don't let the cartoony graphics put you off. I'd also recommend No More Heroes, House of the Dead Overkill and Madworld. And if you haven't got it get yourself the legend of zelda: Twilight princess.

If you are a bit more open minded and don't just want 15 and 18 games there's Fire Emblem, Mercury meltdown revolution, de Blob, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Okami and zak and wiki, all of which are superb games. It's a common misconception that there is nothing good on the wii but there are a handful of excellent games. Cartoony graphics don't mean the game is bad and anyway must 'mature' games are far more childish than mario.

There's also Wiiware games like World of Goo, Toki Tori and Lost Wind all of which are fantastic.

    Dead Rising
    Mad World
    House Of the Dead Overkill
    for zombie killing fun

Driver Parallel Lines is actually really good and comparable to the PS2 GTA games, nice retro feel in the first half of the game too.

Madworlds great craic altogether, it's like Frank Miller shot the Running
Man and had Marcus Fenix on commentary.

    .

    great feckin analogy

also Resident Evil 4 is fantastic and a lot of people think it was perfect for the wiimote. I've been
playing RE5 on the ps3 and I miss the shake and point!

I've picked up a good few gamecube games for the Wii and these are great (RE, metroid primes,
zelda etc) and easily playable with a wireless controller and memory card (less than 25 euro for both)

Call of Duty: World at war has the best online deathmatches if you like shooters.

No More Heroes is fantabulastic, and if you want zombies and trash horror, it just doesn't get better than House of the Dead : Overkill :pac:

So what's stopping you selling the Wii and getting a 360? I'm guessing; nothing.
