hotel in westport

    hi everyone,
    we are booked into a hotel in westport for this weekend for a hen party, today i was trying to book a single room for another friend that coming, price for single room is 69 euro. so clicked book now (steep i know) anyways then your brought to a new window that offers you breakfast, lunch dinner, ect, so breakfast is not included in room price and its 10 euro for each breakfast. So was a bit pissed off and went back to check room description, on there it says among other things like trouser press, hairdryer ect, "breakfast is always included"

    any ideas whats best to do here, all the other girls are booked in already and i hadn't see the "breakfast is alway included" bit till just now and all of the girls have forked out this extra 10 euro for breakfast. Any ideas on what to do?

    Ring them about this mistake on the site.
    Book new room over phone.
    Pay on arrival.

    If you don't get the 10 euro off tell them you'll go somewhere else where breakfast is indeed included.
    What site is it?
    Take a screenshot or two for documentation.

    Call the hotel and aask to speak to the manager - explain your concerns to them.

    Ring the manager and they should sort it out for you......however you consider 69 Euro for a hotel in Westport on a weekend steep??????? Tis actually reasonably priced IMO...

    Ring them and get it sorted. It could be a genuine mistake or it could be an effort to extract some extra cash. Either way, ring them.
