Upper body muscle

    I'm on a major fitness buzz at the moment and that is my main goal. But along the way I want to tone up and build some muscle.
    What weight exercises would you recommend to do this. I can only really give 2 sessions to it per week cause I'm busy doing cardio for a triathlon.

    With only two sessions a week i would recommend squats both days. With other exercises. Ill write ya a good program weights wise, but just know im typing from a phone! Day 1 - squats, ten reps three sets. Bench press ten reps three sets. Shoulder press ten reps three sets. Day 2 - squats ten reps three sets. Barbell rows ten reps three sets. Pull ups three sets to failure. Pick another exercise or two for each day as well. Try this for a month. Squat!
