signal problem

    have sky a few weeks now but last weekend got up one mornin and got a message on the screen satin ni signal was bein received

    anyway called sky, the girl got me to try a few steps but nothin worked so she would book a call out
    she told me how to get to the instalers menu
    so i thought what the hell and did a full system reset

    doin the reset fixed the problem but now today again the same problem

    any ideas or will i just get an engineer out

    Try a reboot then, if necessary, a system reset. I assume you have Sky+ or SkyHD? If you have further questions, please state the make and model number on the label.

    btw a box with a yellow banner across the top says ''no sattelite signal is bein received''
    30 is at the end of the yellow banner

    Hi Sam - Guess you could have worked out that the message was "No Satellite Signal is being received" - eh :rolleyes:
