Swastika Rouble Note - Tsarist era

Yes, as weird as it sounds but we have a 250 rouble note from Russia 1917, right after the revolution, with a big swastika printed on it....ironic isn't it! It isn't Tsarist but is from that era - although it does have a double headed eagle which was the imperial symbol but it isn't Bolshevik either. We think it's from the provisional government.

Have loads more old notes too, from late 1800's onwards (Russian, German etc) and one issued by the White Russians during the Russian civil war, it's very interesting.

What might the swastika note and White Russian note be worth, not sure if we want to sell them but just wondering!

A photo of this would be nice, whats really ironic about the swastika is it was a peace symbol for many years before it was adopted by the Nazi party.

You can find lotsa notes on ebay. Just be careful, if a seller has very few feedbacks be wary but generally ebay is fine. Beware of fakes though (but that doesn't really apply to banknotes, generally speaking)
