Same as usual. No poker played with 15 players left, all in and see what happens. 7 handed nobody had more than 10bb. My last time playing it unless structure improved.

The monthly crapshoot was chopped 3 ways.Horrendous structure again this month.I was at the final table we were 7 handed blinds were 10/20,000 1 million chips in play almost 6k first prize plus summer festival ticket.Surely when playing for a decent amount of cash like that a decent structure and some bit of play at the business end isn't too much to expect.A suggestion to freeze the blinds was refused despite a promise of more play in the later stages on this forum.
Can somebody tell me what the problem is with the structure. Its an 8.30pm start.
15,000k starting stack 67 players 1.06 million chips in play
    4 30min levels
    25/50
    50/100
    75/15o
    100/200
    45 min dinner break
    25 min levels
    150/300
    200/400
    300/600
    400/800
    500/1000
    700/1500
    1000/2000
    1500/3000
    2000/4000
    3000/6000
4000/8000 we were at the final table at this stage
5000/10000 we asked for a blind freeze at this level(refused)
    7000/15000
    10000/20000
    15000/30000

    What is the solution?
    Earlier start?
    Less starting stack longer levels?
shorter early levels longer late levels.

I second Gorfields comment.I too will not play it again unless the structure improves.

Has to be shorter first 3 levels and longer levels at the end, and maybe have it at 7pm? Saturday wudnt be any harm either?? it has the potential to be a great event with a little adjusting? I did hear there was a few established pros came up with a new structure but dunno where it went to? Ken is doing a great job with macau so id expect he will see this and share his thoughts..

I suggest a shorter starting stack and an half hour clock.I don't think there is enough players getting knocked out in the early levels. Also an introduction of a few extra blind levels ie 250/500,600/1200,2.5k/5k and 6k/12k.Also an earlier start and a shorter dinner break would help.

Im sure there is a soloution, hopefully it will be improved before the numbers start to dwindle as 250+25 is a lot these days to pay knowing you will have to get lucky at the end.
