Don't quite know where you're coming from on this but on looking at sellers feedback which is only (11) and all as a buyer rather than seller would not inspire confidence! Anybody prepared to buy an expensive item (Laptop at €910.00) from someone with a feedback rating of 11 needs their head examined. :D

Is this gonna be like the XBox guy?!

A lot of people do need there heads examined, a recent scammer took of money off ebayers who should know better some have left negative feedback here http://feedback.ebay.ie/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=smurfu2&ftab=AllFeedback items ranged in price from 75euro graphics cards, 120euro Xbox elites to laptops at 700euro.

And no I don't quite know where I'm comming from, I think its the comparision between the style of the small value SH items and the expensive new items that worries me. Anyway asked if local collection was available.

Yep, thats my feeling but I'm trying not to shout it too loud as I could be wrong and I don't want anyone saying stop posting this stuff.

Just got a reply to my question, about local pickup, from the seller and guess what "sorry no local pickup" ;)

Ebay operate such a sloppy system, mainly devoted to making life harder for bona fide sellers, that these parasites thrive but only fools get taken in by them. If you complain to eBay no action is taken and rogue sellers seem to continue for quite a long time before being removed.
    Buyer beware! :D

On both items you are only protected for up to 200 euro. So if you 910 for tha laptop and its a sacm you will lose 710 euro.

1 x 910 has been accepted.. none on the other item

Neither item for sale any more, both sales ended early "The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale". Perhaps he read this thread or it was an account hijack - we'll never know.

ITs possible(though i wouldnt have bid on any of his items) that he was a genuine seller. He had small items before that he didnt get feedback on and maybe he withdre the items because they werent selling

Hope he was genuine :), always tricky to know:D however as all the rest of his items are ending as I speak I'll definitely check back in a few days just to see if anything expensive gets relisted.
