Toxoplasmosis testing and false positives

    Hi there,

    I have a techincal question about the above, not looking for medical advice, but feel free to lock this if it contravenes the posting guidelines. ;)

    If someone tests negative to current and past infection are they less likely in the future to test false positve? What are the causes a false positive? Is it a statistical issue?
