What happens if you overuse your eircom monthly download limit?

Could someone please tell me if Eircom are charging for overusing your monthly download limit. I downloaded a load this month not knowing they could charge you for over use. I'm freaking out a bit now thinking about the possible cost when they say they could charge 1c a mb! Cheers.

no one has been charged, some people here have gone 10 times over their limit
