    Hi All

    I have a unit in a large tourist town and the lease is ending in 6 months.:D

    I am thinking of converting it to a Plastic Paddy ot Tourist nicnac shop.:eek:

    Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

    First of all ,is the unit your own and you have possession in six months or you want to convert the premises now for the next six months into a tourist shop ?

    Like all business, tourist shops are suffering this year , if the town is already a good tourist location, surley there are already souvenir shops established and you will be entering a very competive market,

    I have 7 months of a lease to finish so I am in posession of the unit and I am in the process of moving my existing business. I do not want to double trade so therefore the idea of Tourist Shop.

    There will be a slight conversation cost but I just want to cover rent and costs for the period.

    The unit is in an excellent location in one of our primary tourist Towns
