I swear by hydration bladders and have been using them for years for one sport or another but I would highly recommend buying one new. I update my own regularly enough as they are prone to mould growths and other unsavory ends:eek: Millets or some such have them for about €20 depending on capacity Saying that I have an old one that a bit of milton will see right if you really want it!free to a good home ;)

If you are looking for a shiny new one, Army Bargains (off Capel St) have them. Normally famous for their Celtic Tiger-style pricing, the bladders there are actually quite cheap. As far as I can remember the 1.5L is €16 and the 2.5L is €20. I have the 1.5L which fits perfectly in the back of a Viper SAAV vest. It doesn't leak and there is no 'taste' from the water which can be an issue with some of them. The only drawback is that the tube is bright blue and needs some 'dressing', unless of course you're going for a Papa Smurf load-out...

I got a 2L one in millets for something like €12, but it has this weird plastic taste off it (anyone know how to get rid of that?).
