Hi, not sure if I'm posting this in the right place so if not please feel free to move it mods.

My name is Paul and as the title says I am looking for acommodation in Dublin. I would consider anywhere but preferably somewhere within the circle created by the North/South Circular Rd. or Rathmines, Rathgar kind of areas. I am currently living in Enfield, Co Meath but I fear for my sanity if I have to stay here too much longer!

Like so many others I am currently unemployed and so I am looking for somewhere that will accept rent allowance. My maximum rent that I could afford per month would be €300. I would also like a single room for myself and somewhere with an internet connection. So I'm not asking for too much! Lol.

I've had no luck looking for the last month or so and thought maybe an ad on here might get some replies.

I am very easy-going and friendly and easy to get along with. I like to live somewhere that is kept neat and tidy but not to the point of obsessive cleanliness. I am 35 years old and am an Irish citizen. I also have a motorbike so would need somewhere secure to park it or something to lock it to.

I know that it sounds like I'm asking for a lot but I might as well set out everything that I'm looking for here and see if anything comes back.
