3 Day week and mortgage ??????

    i was given notice and then told they want to keep me employed , but a 3 day week

    my question is

    i have a mortgage and dont rent rooms out , i did but hard to find new people

    will i get help for that or do i have to wait till i get let go altogether ????

    also what documentation do i need to presnet to social for 3day week benefit

    i know i could move out and rent all house out etc but dont want too , its my home , but ive paid tax all my life im 29 , never been on the dole

    just want some info

    You can apply to your Social Welfare Officer for Mortgage Interest Supplement, you may or may not qualify depending on the amount of hours you work / wage.

    To sign on I presume you will need bank statements, proof of address, ID, PPSN, pay slip and letter from employer if you have one.
