    Hello all, anyone shoot a LRS2 in 308 cal ifso which ammo do you find gives best accuracy for long range paper punching, was thinking something like the 185g scenar with the 1 in 11 twist rate.

    155gr Lapua Scenar is good for ranges up to 1000Yards

    Getting tighter groups with the 185g scenar, have yet to try the 185g berger but hear they need to be seated out to lands to group.

    155gr Lapua Scenar if shot from a 28" bbl is giving more MV and a better BC then the 185. But as you know not all bbl are the same. Some guns shot better with other loads. Thats why you need to play around and find a load that your happy with and go from there.

    IE, Find a load thats letting you get that 1moa or .5 moa. But handloading is just the best bet
