Was just thinking there is there a way we could get the Irish gov to conisder such a plan? especially our labour force from the housing boom? I know several people waiting on houses at the moment (affordable). Also in light of the NRA having to put a freeze on road projects even those half way, this could not only buy us 9months minimum time but could put a considerable lump sum back into the system granted the gov is broke... do it at cost as people are desperate for work at the moment to make ends meet.
