    Hi folks,
    I'm running in the Belfast marathon at the start of May with some colleagues for work in a 3 man relay.
    We were hoping to all do a 10k event to warm up for the event and I was wondering does anybody know the details of one on between now and then?

    RunIreland calendar - April.
    There are several on the 5th of April - the biggest being the Great Ireland Run in the Phoenix Park, which I'm doing.

    Hi there,
    Maybe the great Ireland run would be ok for you, Doing it as a 3 man team you'' end up doing something like 6-10-10 so some legs a good bit further then 10k.

    National 10K road race championships in Navan on 26th April. Might be too close to marathon date for you though...
