Well the sounds themselves will be royalty free ok - however the recordings of those sounds could theoretically be under copyright.

    I'd guess that's pretty unlikely though ...

yes,i know what you are saying, would probably get overlooked.

You see, today,i saw a great sample DVD,on a dj/music production online store, and on the DVD was over 1 Gigabyte of samples,Roland,korg,Lynn,kawai,Akai,Boss..you name it,every single drum machine ever made,im not kidding. The whole lot just cost about 20 quid(euro) and i just thought it would be worth buying, just in case "anythin' was ever said" you know!

    Hello,
This is John Roland here, owner of Roland, and I just wanted to say that those kits are copyrighted and that anyone who tries to use Roland music instruments to actually make music will be attacked and bitten by me personally....

Not that it would be overlooked, just it's unlikely that they would be subject to a royalty.

Part of buying an official DVD would be a license to use the contents, as I understand.

For the BF2 we used different "flanginators" in the electronics, that resulted in a lower "flange factor". I assure you we are currently working on the new BF3 Mega Flange, which is going to have five times the flange capabilities of any other flange pedal on the market. So does that answer your flange?
