Supplements and cardio question

Ok, I just have a quick question.

I'm currently using a 5-day a week weights (hypertrophy/strength) program and getting good results. I have a good diet and supplement it with whey protein and creatine monohydrate.

I've been getting good results with regards to muscle growth, but I'm looking to up my cardio levels significantly in the next few weeks partly to regain my fitness after an injury and partly to shift some body fat. I'm just wondering what effects an increase in cardio work will have on my general muscle growth program and also how a fat burner, such as thermobol, will affect the effectiveness of my other supplements and also how/if it will affect my hypertrophy/strength work.
