I always wear George Webb shoes so when one wears out I use another one from a different pair. So eventually I ended up with two shoes needing new soles. When will they be ready I ask? Eventually he tuns to me and says when do you want them? Tuesday if thats ok, says I. Call tuesday then and ignores me again. Do you want my name says I. No says he, I'll remember you then he takes my shoes and drops them on the floor and ignores me again.
Do you know something?...... I never went back for them. His loss.
Have you a any similar stories where you got bad service and came out good in the end?
