    Hi lads,
we're adding 3 new Brazilian Jiu Jitsu morning classes to our schedule in the new studios starting from the 30th March.

    Mondays 11.00am - 12.30pm No Gi
    Wednesdays 10.00am - 11.30am Gi
Fridays We've changed the Firiday open mat time to 11.00am - 1.00pm

These morning classes are not for beginners, if youre contemplating taking up BJJ, our Gracie Basics 6 week course runs every Tuesday night from 7.30-8.30pm. You can join in any Tuesday and do your 6 weeks. After completeing the beginners course you can attend any of the BJJ classes.

Excuse the ignorance, but what club is this? And where is it situated?

We used to run the BJJ club in Joeys Primary School in Fairview, we moved to our full time premises in Clonshaugh a few weeks ago.

    Just to add this this.

I dropped down and spoke to Ray and had a look around.

They've got a really nice facility down there, I was to get back but a god damned ninja flu took hold of me and has had me subbed for the week - just getting over this and sinus decided I'm worthy of its attention now.

But enough of me, the clubs a really nice modern facility and worth checking out.
