Dodgy box gone?

    anyone hear the dodgy box is going at the end of the month. few people have said it to me that they are losing a few channels. anyone hear anything??

    'Nagra 3' encryption is currently being rolled out in Ireland, it is an industry response to protect their market, that goes without saying..

    The same system, as far as I am aware, has yet to be deployed widely in the UK (apart from Virgin Media), Ireland seems to be the guinea pig.

    Theft of service is NOT an IRMA civil issue, but criminal. I think up to 5,000 and/or 6 mths in jail.

    UPC usually sue via civil, not criminal process as this can net over €180,000. Criminal convictions have maximum penalties. A Civil suit has no limit.
