Vasco De Gama beat them in 99 and i doubt they played again so that's one,

the other is probly some conference side who beat them one year in the cup, not arsed finding it

I remember Borrusia Dortmund beating them in both legs of a European Cup/Champions League. I don't know if they have ever met other than that but can't remember them ever meeting before or since, unless you go way back which I don't know about.
