Starting to get worried

    Hello guys and gals,

I bought a zune player + headphones + protective case from zunethings.co.uk almost two weeks ago. It was shipped last tuesday morning from england. I waited for the postman on friday but no package and still none today.

I buy a lot of stuff from ebay and overclockers.co.uk and the longest i have waited is 4 days including the day it was sent so i am a little worried.

I sent an email to zunethings today asking if the package was registered and am awaiting a reply.

What recourse have i if it does not show up (man i hope it was registered). I paid by credit card.

I could be jumping the gun here and it might arrive tomorrow but i am getting nervous.

    Yours Sincerely,

    John

I'd allow at least 5 working days for anything from the UK, and up to 10. After that, if they haven't arrived, you should contact Zune and see what they say.

Got in touch with zunethings. It was registered and they will e-mail me the tracking number soon.

I assume if it did go missing i would be fully covered as it is registered?

I wouldnt jump to conclusions just yet, post can be a fiddley thing. It may simply have been delayed.

If the company fails to send you a replacement or give a refund, you can issue a chargeback on your credit card, no problems there.

It shouldnt come to that though.

I would allow two weeks before looking into it, just in case it is still on its way and simply stuck somewhere along the line. No need to worry yet - unless the seller is a bit dodgy of course!
