Is there anyone who knows what your entailment are when you are in college studying part time, for a discipline that does not relate to your job.
My job did not approve my time off for exam leave, and I was going to take it out of my holidays.

    Thanks

You are entitled to what it says in your contract/employee handbook.

There is no mention of that, I work for a multinational company who has the standard handbook and there is no mention of anything like that!

You have no "entitlement" other than what your company agrees to give you.

There is no mention in your contract/handbook, and they've declined your request, so that's it I'm afraid.

Many employers do this, but there's definitely no "law"!

    Good luck with exams.

In all the years I am doing exams while working, I have never heard that.

I would be very surprised if there is such a law.
