Hi,I compressed a PDF recently, the original works fine but when i get to a certain page on the compressed version it says "there was an error while trying to parse an image". I tried re making this page again but its still the same. Is it just a rubbish compressor or is there something ive done wrong when i made the pdf?

Have you tried different software with different compression settings, such as PDFCreator or similar?

Oops, didn't realise you were using a Mac. If it's an Office doc, try OpenOffice. It's quite a big download though.

Failing that, you could try one of the online conversion tools, assuming you feel secure with their privacy policies.
