Early morning swimming in Limerick

Hi all, I'm toying with the idea of going swimming one or two mornings a week. Unfortunatly I haven't been to any of the pools in Limerick yet and don't know which ones have early public sessions. I'm looking for something around 7am with lanes.

best bet woudl be UL pool.
