This guy has a crazy physique/strength for a 19 year old, but jaysus what an idiot.

He's lucky he didn't seriously injure himself.

Should he not have had a hip hop soundtrack, is that it? I don't see the problem?

not great, but ive seen a lot worse

also, ive never seen anyone grip the bar inside their legs on a conventional dl

Well, he does say in his comments he only started DL'ing last week, he also acknowledges he has horrible form.

Yeah its not perfect, it could be improved in lots of ways, but how was he going to injure himself?

By lifting almost 500lbs with bad form?

Why do you feel its so bad though? yeah he could move his feet in a bit and it looks like he stiff legs it a little, but his lower back appears to be neutral so what's the problem? Yes his upper back rounds a little but at that weight it couldn't be any other way. I'm not sure I believe that he's only deadlifting a week, clearly he's squatted nad whatnot before, his arms are quite long so that is very much in his favour to make a big pull. Please point out what it is that's so terrible, I'm not trying to be a prick I'd like to see what you are seeing.

You might want to mute this... :p

    Do you see a difference?

His stance is too wide and the bar is too far in front starting off so he's making it harder for himself to pull the weight but I wouldn't call it dangerous really. You can either lift it or ya can't. He seems to have good core strength looking at how easy he was able to push his hips through and straighten up

Dude's absolutely build to deadlift. He could almost tie his laces standing up.

That being said, he stiff legged it, his stance was too wide, grip was too narrow and the bar started way in front of him. I shudder to think what he could pull with some proper training and good form.

As for the demo vid.... it's easy to keep good form with 60kg.

I watched some his other vids, as impressive as it is lifting those loads at only 19, his form and technique leave alot to be desired. His range of movement especially, some of the lifts are better off being called partials. If he doesnt learn better technique and increase his ROM he will have flexibility issues fairly soon
Although with arms that length, his partials are still probably bigger than my full lifts....if ya know what i mean
