I'm by no means an expert, but if you're bulking it's natural to gain a little extra fat, that's why you usually cut after a bulk. Doing any form of intense cardio is counter productive to your goals. I'm sure a lot of lifters do cardio but it's really only as a warm up etc. Some lifters do none at all.

So long as you're eating clean and lifting hard, the fat gain should be minimal.

If building muscle is all your interested in then cardio would only be used in warm up or cool down. Provided your weight program and diet is right then your fat gain wouldnt be very noticable

I am bulking and feel a light cardio on your off days could be incorporated. Thats what I do and I am putting on lean mass. I have gone from 10.5 stones to 11.8 stone in 7-8 months and that has been 90% lean muscle
