Is there some limit on how large a file you can remux? I have a 2.2gb MKV file and every time I try to add it, it completes the operation in about a second and the output is a 960kb file of about 10 seconds! Can anyone help?

    Thanks

Being careful not to wander into illegal territory here...
Is it possible that your MKV file was downloaded from a torrent site? Some torrent software pre-allocates the disk space required for the file before it's downloaded. Maybe the torrent download didn't complete and you basically ended up with a few MB of data in a 2.2GB package. Not sure how good MKV2VOB is at error handling and corrupt files etc. It might not show anything wrong and just convert what it finds.

The problem is the mkv, not mkv2vob

Either the file hasn't fully downloaded (as a previous poster mentioned), or there is an error in the file.

FWIW MKV2VOB worked just fine for me just the other day on a 2.292 GB .mkv file.
The only thing I could add to what has already been said is - did you change anything in the configuration section?
It works for me with everything set to the default settings
