Hi,

What's the safest way of refunding someone/withdrawing item from sale after the item itself has been sold. After I got ripped off for 100 euro - through zero fault of my own - I've decided I'm not selling anything there from now on, including won actions. What's the best way to withdraw from sale/reimburse buyer/basically in a way that I don't get some sort of strange claim made against me?
