    Hi,

I'm a dance teacher and own my own company but i work for another company on the side. My boss, Has recently installed a cctv camera in the dance studio without informing students or employees. I know this is an infringement of children first but is it an infringement of employee rights because she did not tell us about it and has no obvious signs in the studio about it? Also, Does it involve Copyright infringement if she teaches one of the teachers routines and they can prove they coreographed it?

You'll have to apply in your nearest Circuit Court Office for a Motion to Seek a Dance Off. These papers will need to be delivered to the Appointed Select Surrogate of the defendant i.e. Their ASS will need to be served.

The court will set down a date and suitable public place for a Dance Off. Seek appropriate counsel and be prepared to Bring It. Note that judges tend to be oldschool so tailor your beats and moves to suit.

    Oh my God.

OP: Did you really think about what you decided to place on a public forum?

    Tom
