I have this mobo for a while but never got around to starting a build, something which I'm doing now.

It should be fine, although the mobo will probably need a BIOS update to assign correct settings to the newer CPU.

Oh, and thanks Asus for not supplying any kind of link to a CPU compatibility list - always good to remind me one pf the (many) reasons why I don't buy your products anymore :P
