property valuations?

    Have to get a property valued (Dublin 12), do you know of a valuer?

    Check www.ipav.ie and www.iavi.ie for a list of approved valuers.

    If it is a valuation for a bank/mortgage they may have a set panel of approved valuers.

    Ring around the valuers in your area and get price of them. Dont expect a bargain though...

    I think Castle Estate Agents will do it for free.

    No doubt they'll then try to get you to sell your house with them for the next number of years :D
