    Hi,
Anyone know if there's someone around Dublin that can repair flat panel computer monitors? I'm talking about a one that just won't light up, not physical damage. I've tried different power leads and vga leads.
Or is it just not worth the bother anymore with the reasonable prices they can be bought for now.

    Thanks.

Usually the cost of repair would exceed the cost of a replacement, unless its a massive screen. Sounds like the backlight/inverter is dead in your one.

Thats what it sounds like I think. If I thought I'd get it up and running for handy money I'd go with it but looking now at Elara I'd have a new 19" for under E100 so time to invest I think.
    Thanks for the reply.
