Otoplasty... where can i find the info

    Hi, i am planning on getting Otoplasty (ear correction surgery) very soon but i can't seem to find where to go to get the correct information from.

    Sure, there are 100's of sites that offer to carry out the procedure and they all give you all the information you need BUT i am looking for a site / person (independent consultant) that is not tied to any particular medical surgery or company, so that they can give me an honest answer in terms of:

    - the cheapest place to get it done
    - the best place to get it done
    - should i travel abroad to get it done
    - etc...

    Has anyone here ever got it done, can you fill me in on your experience, thanks

    Best place to start isto see your GP and get referred to someone reputable (usually a plastic surgeon)

    As a rule the cheapest is never the best
    Don't go abroad as it can be done here as well as any where and there are some very dodgy setups about
