Need a break from Dublin for the weekend. Help please!

    Alright. As the title says I need a break from Dublin for the weekend. So far in my short time here I have been to Kilkenny, Waterford , Wicklow, Aran Islands, Galway, Dingle, Doolin, Belfast. Any ideas for a good fun weekend? Nightlife a biggy here, with the rugby game over the weekend and all.
    Any recommendations?

    Limerick?
    It's small enough to be 'done' in a weekend. Big rugby-lovin' contingent & plenty of pubs and clubs.

    Yeah, I was also going to suggest Limerick, it should be electric this weekend due to the rugby.

    Carlingford's not a bad spot. Nice place to be when the weather is good and even though there's only a few pubs they're usually fairly lively. Not that far from Dublin either....

    Cheers lads. Think Limerick is on the cards. Should be fun!

    Also, I think the paddy’s day festivities made be more so 'need a break from Dublin' :D

    The Absolute hotel in Limerick are doing some great deals. Try them out for size. Good location also.
