Recommend flat 40k circuit near N Dublin

I am planning a 40k, fast cycle. I live in north dublin, anybody recommend a good route. Flat, not much traffic, minimal intersections, only left turns. thanks

Most 25 mile TTs are done on the trim road, from Batterstown to trim ( 1st roundabout ) and back ( 12.5 out and back ) there is a start line marked before you get to the garage at batterstown, the road is reasonably flat, and usually fast one Way !!!
