Well after the disappointment of last week I would say the players will be gumming for this game.

    Vidic suspended!!!

This game starts off a brilliant day of sport with the rugby and bernard dunne on too.

    My team:

    VDS

    O'SHEA
    FERDINAND
    EVANS
    EVRA

    RONALDO
    FLETCHER
    CARRICK
    PARK

    BERBATOV
    ROONEY

Is the large premier league logo for foreign posters who may have forgotten what league both teams play in? :P

United to win, quieten all the impudence, and restore natural order.

It's the perfect game for MU. Roy Hodgson always seems beaten before the game even starts when it come to United. Anyway after Steven Gerrards post match comments they might try pull off a masterstroke but can't see it happening. United would gladly accept a 0-1 win.

    BERBATOV - ROONEY

    2-0 to United (hopefully!)
    Rooney & Ronaldo

Of course as a Liverpool fan i'm hoping for a Fulham win but in all honesty can't see United not knocking at least 3 past Fulham. I'm gonna plump for 5-0 for Utd. BTW the Fulham manager should be ashamed of himself for his "beaten before we get on the park" comments. Disgraceful and cowardly.

Ah, the realistic humility and humble nature of the average Utd fan. :D

I'm afraid that Fulham don't seem to do 'easy' at the cottage.

They've lost two home games this year, the 0-1 blip against Hull a short time ago and a 1-2 to west ham way back in September.

The only other time anyone scored twice at Craven Cottage this year was when Chelsea played there but that was a 2-2 draw.

1-1 vrs City at home, 1-0 vrs Arsenal, away draws with Pool & Villa.

I'm not saying Utd won't win but if ever there was a banana skin, this game is it.

Both teams might well just go out and prove me wrong but for the moment you should probably place your confidence on a 'handy victory' on the shelf alongside your five trohpies.

honest to god can you actually talk about the game headshot?
I swear if man utd draw pool in the cl I'm just going to spam a video of our last game, because that is conclusive proof that you can't possible change the result in the next game.

He was just showing gosplans fact that "They've lost two home games this year, the 0-1 blip against Hull a short time ago and a 1-2 to west ham way back in September.

The only other time anyone scored twice at Craven Cottage this year was when Chelsea played there but that was a 2-2 draw." to be absolute tripe.

It might have been the FA cup, but we still stuck 4 past a fairly full strength Fulham side.

Gosplan was clearly talking about Fulham in the league lads.

    And he had a point.

A moot one seeing as this will be easy for Utd.

i genuinely don't think it's a totally moot one, it shouldn't be. if it was a normal game, against a manager not in awe of Fergie his point would be extremely valid because Fulham's home league form is good.

it's unfortunate however that the point will end up being moot, seen as it's likely to be a walkover.

to be fair the video was always likely to wind someone up...all he did was bite.

gosplan's point, as you know, was that on paper its a banana skin, which given the facts he gave in terms of their league home form is a valid one. its not his fault hodgson rolls over for fergie.

    ?

thats not the team that was put up. 4-4-2 was put up with Ronaldo & Berbatov up top. Its just United fans inability to admit you play 4-5-1 quite a lot...it makes me chuckle.

(now perhaps it will be 4-4-2 today, but its unlikely going on previous)

    hmmm interesting team :eek::eek:
No rooney is a surprise. Bloody fletcher on the left never works well, but SAF loves it for some reason!

I imagine ronaldo and berbs up front? park and fletch on the wings and giggs and scholes in the middle?

Not sure what you're on about Al, but okay...

My formation that I posted is 451, I just copied the lineup from redcafe

    Anyways, subs:

    Foster
    Neville
    Fabio
    Anderson
    Carrick
    Tevez
    Rooney

Tevez and Rooney on the bench, in case an injection of adrenaline is needed at 65 minutes! More likely we'll be drawing 0-0 and they'll be brought on at 89 minutes though...

Great to see Fabio in the team, his hattrick for the reserves obviously caught Fergie's eye!
