    HI everyone , had 2 move out of my house due to seperation, im now paying rent aswell as for the house, any information on how to buyout the other person , we are married , ive paid for everything since day one, is it 50/50 and then i remortgage or vicea versa, value of house now then give half amount, please help......:confused::confused::confused::confused:

    OP, your best bet is go see a Solicitor and discuss your options.

    Its a lot more complicated than that. Often its down to ability to pay and overall contribution to the household (including unpaid work in the home), not just cash paid.
