Runners Recommandations

I'm looking for some recommandations on what runners I should buy to protect my feet from running on hard ground such as concrete and astroturf.

I've recently returned to running for extra fitness but haven't got the appropriate footwear which is causing my feet pain towards the end of runs resulting in me having to cut the run short.

I was looking at the Asics Gel range, Nimbus runners in paticular. Any other recommandations?

    Any feedback appricated.

First thing you need to do is go to a running shop and get a gait analysis. This will tell you what type of runner is suitable for you and you can get it don in Runways, Elvery's or Amphibian King (that I know of).

After that what brand you choose is up to you. Ive used Asics and Nike...very little difference but I personally like Nike.
